How long should I wait before using a Vesgantti product?

Suppose you have just purchased a Vesgantti mattress. You want to expand the mattress and start using it soon.

Some bed-in-a-box companies, including Casper, Tuft & Needle, Purple, Zinus, etc., say that you have to wait for about 72 hours before starting to use it. So, waiting three days is recommended before using other mattresses.

But, when you start using a Vesgantti mattress, you must wait 48 hours to expand the mattress fully.

Why should you wait?

If you wait for several hours and then start using it, you can easily get some benefits, which are discussed in the following points.

If you start using it after buying it, it will not cause a big issue with the mattress. All the products of Vesgantti are CertiPUR-US certified. So, they have safety according to the industry standard. But, the memory foam and the plastic that wrapped the mattress may have a slight odor. So, you must wait for a short amount of time (24–48 hours) before starting to use the mattress. Your mattress will be free of odor and expand fully within this time.

Vesgantti Mattress warranty terms

Every Vesgantti product comes with a limited 10-year warranty. There are some conditions to getting the warranty service. You must not get the warranty service if you have not covered these conditions.

i) You must be the original purchaser of the product.

ii) You must be the product’s current owner when they give you the warranty service.

iii) You have to purchase the product from an authorized Vesgantti distribution channel. Sometimes, people may purchase fake products, so they are not able to get the warranty service from Vesgantti. (Vesgantti.com.UK or Vesgantti showrooms are the authorized sellers of the product.)

iv) You can also get a warranty after purchasing them from online marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay.

v) The company cannot bear the cost of fetching products from overseas. So, to take advantage of the limited warranty service, you must stay in the United Kingdom.
